This project served as an introduction to building technology systems and acted as a precursor to the UniSA School of Architecture project later in the semester. Its goal was to familiarize us with the inner workings of a building through a 3D environment and highly detailed documentation sets. Key building systems, including HVAC, fire safety, hydraulics, electrical, communications, and waste management were identified and thoroughly analyzed.
as this was a group project, surrounding site context, sustainable design considerations, and lighting design were all analysed by another student.
